There's a serious (but trivial) bug with the updater in 2.0.7.

Last sunday (21), I released 2.0.9 to the update server to see if it works and whether you care.
To this day (31), 3 of 9 servers updated, so it works. How often you update is another thing.

The reason I skip versions is because I release and something turns out to be wrong and it's easier to make a new release than revert
