Added jumping. Turns out giants weren't able to jump since ever.

• Change in-game with /giants jm, jc, jd, jh

Config changes:

• Added jumpMode, jumpCondition, jumpDelay, jumpHeight
• Renamed expandUp to attackVerticalReach

Other:

• Made old versions actually work - I was doing it wrong all along
• Added bStats, which inflates the JAR to 45.4 KiB. At least now there's more good than bad code?
