Some users may have downloaded version 1.3 instead of 1.4, as the Download Now button on SpigotMC led to the previous main file. The main version has now been updated and the issue has been resolved.

- potion effects now work correctly
- traps can now be given out through console

-Removed lines with translation of the plugin into other languages (They did not work)
