- Fixed missing return statement in edge case
- Made base command only display arguments that can be executed by player (won't show /geofind reload to normal players)

- When whitelisted, it will no longer think you're making a request
- When rejoining the plugin will still work

Fixed requests trying removing itself from request list before it is in the list

Completely remade the GeoFind plugin, no more static abuse and proper coding techniques.

Changed Bukkit.getPlayer() method to Bukkit.getOfflinePlayer() when calling a user's current geo-list.
