This update pretty much only exists to fix a bug that really needed fixing.

Notice: Players may also be able to type PlaceholderAPI in versions prior to this one if it is installed and chat formatting is enabled. Please update your plugin if you have an older version.

- Fixed a bug that made chat format revert to default if the message included a '%' character due to bad code. Players may also be able to type PAPI placeholders into chat if chat format is enabled and PAPI is installed.
