fixed the ability to rename chestes to bypas the gamemode gui

fixed the /gm <Player Name> - it now works and no longer changes your own gamemode!

please leave in comments if you think i should add anything else gamemode wise in this plugin

1.0.3 - plugin has been optomised and recoded the gm other is still being updated at the moment and has been temp disabled and will be updated soon

just a small update
- added a message that is sent to let you know there is an update with the plugin

- added a configurable Prefix Editable in the config.yml
- added the messages to the GameMode change that is sent to yourself and others
