Bug Fixes:
- Glowstone is now effect by vein miner by default
- Adding blocks to mining.veinMinerBlocks in advancedConfig.yml should now have an effect
- Emerald drop chance from digging treasure is now 10 times more likely (must update advancedConfig.yml
- Enchanted Books dropped as digging treasure now have enchantments on them

Tweaks:
- Soul soil now gives digging EXP
- Some commands (like /frpg setLevel) will now apply to the command sender if the playerName is omitted (ex. ""/frpg setLevel mining 1000" sets the user's mining level to 1000)

Other:
- Changed some commands to have better and more concise implementation (better readability).
