Tweaks:
- Skill names used in commands are no longer case sensitive (though they still must be one word)
- Ability Item tracking made slightly more precise to prevent possible future bugs
- Any previously formatted placeholder is no longer formatted, to get the formatted placeholder, add "_formatted" to the end of the placeholder
