This update doesn't bring a lost except updated libraries and the possibility to update the region name of a command (to bind a command to a different region).
The command /removeregioncommand now only takes one argument which is the command_id, you can get it by using /rclist to list all commands.

When the server is started/reloaded, RegionCommand will search for an update and tell the OPs if there is one

This is a very important update, it fixes the bug where if you remove a command, the plugin will not load on the next server restart
