Recompiled for 1.16

Properties file now contains a new parameter ATTACK=true or ATTACK=false. When true, resurrected players CAN attack mobs while under protection. When false, resurrected can NOT attack mobs while under protection. Resurrected players can never attack other players while under protection. You will need to delete your existing FredashaySpigotResurrectProtect.properties file and change the ATTACK= parameter to your preference to take advantage of the new feature. This new feature was requested by a follower.
