FrameGuard
Protect picture frames and paintings from other players with Minecraft game.
The owner can change items in the picture frame, but items placed in the picture frame are also protected from outside the owner.

Installation method
Please put jar in the plugins folder.

Useage
/fglock lock
/fgunlock unlock(OP authority can be unlocked by anyone.)
/fginfo information
