Surprisingly great plugin! Of course needs some extra development but its great! Keep it up author!
There is a brief command list when running /fragment help
and also the GUI is well made.
I was surprised to see the grant feature as many plugins ignore that. Nice one mate.
Also some default messages need some tweaking, for example the default chat format for the default group is broken where the player name wasn't shown. I was able to fix it by changing the placeholder to {player}.
