FracturedSpawners -----
Adds the ability to break and then repair spawners- Add methods allowing the creation of spawners with predetermined EntityTypes
- Check whether the block is a spawner before trying to cast to CreatureSpawner
- Allow non-op players to place repaired spawners
- Add an option to keep repaired spawners repaired when broken
- Added config options
- Fixed breaking all other recipes
- Added update checker
