This update closes #4 and #5 on github, or at least it should. Please keep me up to date on the issues via the github issues page!

Packaged configs now come with default configs provided/designed by @ mrfloris for built in 1.17 compat, the reload command should work now too by the way!

Should be 1.17 ready if you add blocks in the config.

Modified permissions:

fd.broadcast - now determines whether any action is taken upon special blocks being found
fd.notify - determines whether user receives notifications of broadcasted blocks found
fd.notify.self - determines if user is notified of own blocks being found
