- Updated code with simpler and lighter code overall to make it better!

Added permissions!
- If you have fortuned.mine.iron you can use the fortune on iron
- If you have fortuned.mine.gold you can use the fortune on gold

- If you don't have the permissions you will just get the normal ores without fortune.

- Fixed gold pickaxes not working with fortune
- Fixed Gold dropping iron in some cases
