Yesterday I released the first official version on spigotmc.I wish you like FormLicense!

1.3.1 Update Content:
- Add 3 Check! They are target, hit, and be-hit.
* Target: If player don't have license, mobs will not see it as a target.
* Hit: If player don't have license, they can't hit every entity.
* Be-Hit: If player don't have license, they can't be hit.
- Now be updated config.yml automatically (When you put JAR file to plugin and reload server)
- Simple optimization of the code.
