Move hibernate code into it's own class so it shows up with a more descriptive on Timings Reports

Made some logic async to improve performance

This release adds a Telemetry system, this will send out data about the server performance periodically to our platform for an upcoming feature we are working on.

Currently, the following information will be sent:

• TPS (1,5, and 15 minutes avg)
• Total online players
• Total entities
• Total loaded chunks

This telemetry system can be disabled by setting telemetry to false on the config.

Update APIs to work with our new panel

This update changes how the plugin talks to our system, older versions will no longer work
