What's new:

• You can now get the absolute latest dev builds from jenkins: https://www.benergy10.dev/job/FlyPerms/
• Add PlaceholderAPI support built-in! No need to download any expansion.
• Add option auto-enable flying if teleported to a location in air.
• Add option to reset fly speed on world/gamemode change.
• Add option to set the speed to reset fly speed to when above option is enabled.
• Allow setting of single value for speed group.
• Add javadocs for those who are interested

Other changes:

• Reworked underlying fight manager and permission checking code. No behaviour change but should make things more efficient.
• Add ability to set fly speed with decimal numbers.
• Better handling of ignored worlds, should now allow plugin to change fly ability. (if any)
• Config option to disable FlyPerms placeholderAPI extension if needed.
