This Skript can show how fast the player is flying with elytra.
Then it doesn't have any commands, it will be displayed automatically as long as the player uses elytra to fly after installation.

Permissions:
Flyspeed.bypass Will not be displayed if the player has this permission

How to install?
1. Install the latest version of Skript https://github.com/SkriptLang/Skript/releases
2. Put Skript into /plugins
3. Restart your server
4. Put flyspeed.sk into /plugins/Skript/scripts
5. Execute the command /sk reload flyspeed.sk
6. If it shows Successfully reloaded flyspeed.sk it means that it is successfully enabled
If you want to disable it, execute /sk disable flyspeed.sk
