Created from scratch, Update Checker.java code.
Separated the classes as they should be.
The plugin now has a load dependency for the plugin with the formatting system!
Fixed bugs that needed to be fixed.
Removed the reload command from the plugin for future, put the reload command inside FlexiLoad.
