Description
This plugin is simply for fun purposes, when a player uses the command /ff give, it will give them snowballs that can be thrown to create rainbow coloured instantaneous fireworks wherever that snowball is thrown, and the fireworks won't stop until the snowball lands on the ground or hits an entity.

Commands & Permissions
/flashingfireworks or /ff - Displays the help menu (no permission)
/flashingfireworks give or /ff give - Give yourself a stack of the flashing firework snowballs. (flashingfireworks.give)

flashingfireworks.throw - Throw the snowballs.
