FireEquipment v2.0.0

A new base for FireEquipment
The whole plugin was rewritten with today's standards and my improved knowledge !
It may took me 5 years to update the plugin, but now if I need to fix something or add features it'll be easier .

️ Here's the highlights :

• Added Spigot compat with 1.18, 1.19, 1.20, 1.21
  (tho it may not work on 1.18, 1.19 depending on your Java version, feel free to open an issue)
• Updated and optimized code
  
• Added quality and security processes with SonarQube
  
• Added licence GNU GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE so **you** can contribute to the project !

The plugin is now compatible with > 1.12 versions
The plugin will now tell you in the console if there is a new version available

Hi, sorry for the ping,
I've seen a little error with the names of the plugin, in a file I wrote "FireEquipement" but the .jar file was "FireEquipment", so now it's fixed !
