Filcon has been completely rebuilt from the ground up. Some changes include:

1. Java 17 is now required to run Filcon.
2. The configuration now reloads automatically, no commands needed!
3. Messages and permissions are gone, since there are no commands anymore.

Migration Guide:

1. Shut down the server
2. Replace the old JAR with the new one
3. Rename matched-patterns to patterns in config.yml
4. Remove all other sections in the configuration
5. Start your server
