Update Checker is functional now

Update Checker is not patched

In this version i decide to add bStats for statistics and an update checker

In this version i decided to add a Custom language file, /fie setlang custom to load it, it's an english version but you can set it to your language !

This is the translation update, i have added the french and english languages !

Also adding new commands, /fie setloreline <line> <text> and /fie setdurability <dura>
