Command added:
/fasternight - opens a config GUI

Config options:
Night length (1 second, 15 seconds, 30 seconds)
Player voting (if disabled, the night will always be skipped)

Your players can now vote if they want to skip the night!

Now has an actionbar that shows the time.

The night is now smoother than first!

The night's duration is now 18.2s instead of 15s, but the transition is a lot smoother.
