Added a new placeholder %farmassist_player_toggle%.
Other placeholders are already in the plugin but were never documented.

%farmassist_toggle% - Show global farmassist state

%farmassist_player_toggle% - Show current player toggle state. Useful for guis.

%farmassist_player_<uuid|name>% - Show specific player toggle state. Can be a name or a uuid.

Added an option to "ignore" seeds that have been renamed or have custom nbt data.
This is useful for cases when you have custom items or seeds.

This feature is on by default, to disable add the following lines to your config.yml

Reload command now also reloads active lang file

• Fixed a bug where the messages for /fa toggle & /fa global wouldn't show up correctly.
• Added he & pt-br translations.

You should backup your languages folder, then delete it and let the plugin regenerate the files.

You can now use colors in your messages.yml, you can also use placeholders assuming your have PAPI installed.

Added PAPI support:

• %farmassist_player_<uuid/name>% - displays the toggle state of the player
  
• %farmassist_toggle% - displays the global toggle state

You can set the language of the plugin via config.yml
Default messages are available via languages/en/messages.yml

You can edit these to customize your messages in game as well.

Currently I've added Hebrew, French & Chinese Simplified to the supported languages list although they have not been translated yet.

Cocoa now properly replant.
Replanting cocoa now works across all types of jungle wood (stripped/logs/wood).

Fixed a bug with enable-per-world option.
