Able to customize join/leave messages to make it way fancier for your serverUpdates

Today is the day where I finally release the fully customizable join/leave messages. Versions 0.5 and below were pretty much useless but now, its fully customizable.
Additions:
- config.yml file where you can configure the join/leave message query to anything you wish to.
- allows you to disable/enable permissions to let a player change the join/leave message to their will
Note: will be doing a lot more bug fixes in the future
