Added FakeItem,
Requires protocollib, allows you to add ghost items to a players inventory
CODE REWORK
fixed fakegamemode from having all uppercase gamemodes

Completely new features + bug fixed:

• Added fakegamemode, hooks into PROTOCOLIB (OPTIONAL required for fakegamemode):
  • uses packets to make the client think the player is in a gamemode, even though they're not
• new permissions, read readme
