This skript is entirely useless. This is basically /helpop but the staff can not respond.

First, this can only send to staff if there are staff online, and how do you expect staff to respond to reports.

Second, this report system (ofc) has to use one of the most obnoxious colour combos.

The no config option isn't a problem... If the messages look decent.

Also, why modify the usage if its the exact same, just without the <>s

- You change the reports system to have:
- ID based response system
- Actual usage.
