Local and Global Channel for EzChat

Plugin created for EzChat, although it should work for any chat plugin.

EzChatChannel allows you to avoid spam in the chat by having a local channel where messages sent by a player will only be displayed to nearby players (you can set the distance blocks in the config), in case of using the global channel, the message will be displayed to the whole server.

FAQ
? - EzChatChannel does not work for me
- Possibly some plugin is modifying the viewers in the chat event.
