Addition of the bank-suspend command and the implementation of bStats

If u update to this version make sure u delete the old banks table! if not this plugin dont work probably
Some things in the backend have been changed and improved
- When using /bank a GUI letting you choose between Bank Menu and PIN Changing opens (PIN Change will still be done via Sign GUI, Bank Menu Option redirects to PIN Check)
- /setpin still works
- Small grammatical error fix
