Customizable treasures, from any blocks and with any objects- Added the ability to get money after finding a treasure, the drop chance and minimum/maximum amount can be customized in the configuration.

- The chances of items appearing in the chest are now customizable.
- Added commands: /extrimetreasure reload|start|stop and rights for them.
- Added permissions for players.
- You can now specify the minimum and maximum amount of a certain item.
