Explosive Portals is a plugin designed to prevent the creation of Nether portals by destroying them with fireballs. When a player attempts to create a Nether portal, the plugin launches fireballs to destroy the portal and sends a message to the player. The plugin also includes bStats for metrics tracking. Also you can edit the message that sends in the file messages.yml.
