plugin didn't get plugin version

now the update information message is written after loading all plugins, and not at the time of inclusion

due to the long delay in updating the version in the Spigot API, some actions had to be taken to work correctly

The plugin now checks for updates by comparing the plugin version with the plugin version on Spigot

now, tab completor will output the required argument variant by 1 of its letter (as it should be)

NullPointer issue fixed and TabCompleter removed temporarily
