When a percentage of saved experience is lost, players receive information about it. This prevents confusion, such as when saving 1000 experience results in receiving a book with only 900.

Now you can set a percentage of experience lost when saving it.
The default value is 0, but you can adjust it within a range of 0 to 100.
With this example, when you create a book with line "Save 1000 experience", you'll receive a book with only 900 experience.
