You can now block commands in config.yml
Players without permission "Event.useBlockedCommands" can't use them.

/alivelist
/revive <player>
/reviveall
/tpalive

Fixed small bugs

- You can now use /event hide to hide all players that do not have permission "Event.seePlayers"

- Changed the delay between each tp in slowtpall to 0.2 seconds from 0.3 seconds

You can now use /event mutechat

You can now use /event slowtpall - it should be used only when the server has too many players so it will not crash with normal tpall, which will teleport all players at the same time.
