Previously, this was made using essentials teleporting, but with custom commands.

I've now recoded this, and made it from scratch, without using essentials.

This might be a bit buggy, if it is, please let me know, and I'll see what I can do.

- Changed /tphelp to be a bit more organised and clean looking.

- Changed messages to look WAY nicer, and changed the /tphelp to look much better as well.

- Fixed the teleporting cooldown not canceling when player moved after accepting someone's /tpahere request.

- Fixed the incorrect naming when teleportation counting down after your /tpa has been accepted.
