Entities can now be excluded from being caught in cages based on their name or entity type.

Cage item is now heart of the sea due to a bug with bottles. Using a cage of the old item type will automatically change it to the new type.
You can now allow/disallow players to capture other players' tamed animals, such as wolves or cats. You can find this setting in the config.By default it will disallow capturing other players' pets.
