Damage from Hot Blocks is now customizable

Burn times are now more transparent and can be customized to a much greater extent

Ash is now deeply customizable.
Its core block can be changed.

Added three new "ash" modes:
- particle: plays a nice effect and drops ash without creating a block
- scorch: scorches the earth below the burnt block
- none: explicitly disable certain blocks from making ash

Added permissions:
- full immunity to all fire
- immunity to hot blocks, hot water, fire, and lava

Added several new config options:

• Adjust ash experience
• Adjust flint drop chance from ash
• Adjust ash creation rate

Fixed several bugs:

• Ash now removes durability from the tools used to mine it
• When ash is disabled, fire does not last forever

Possibly fixed the download button by changing the out-of-date plugin.yml version

Added additional checks and fixes to the 0.0.3 update.

A minor update mainly focused on fixing encountered bugs
- Ash no longer "respawns" - especially if the config was deleted
- Added compatibility improvements

Added more config options, including an option to disable ash. Additionally, I've added a new default config that's much more descriptive as well as changing many config option names. Therefore, when updating, please delete or rename your old config.
