Updated for Minecraft 1.9

Took out the vault name changing to fix duping glitches!

I currently have a full time job roofing and i have no time to fix these bugs, i am sorry i'll get back to them asap.

Currently investigating on this bug.

Fixed:

• Vault not updating when closes
• You can no longer take out the stained glass

You can now change the name of the vault (max 25 characters)
Fixed the permissions (OCD)

Added /vreload
Permission: vault.reload

You can now change the "No Access" message!
Also changed the durability on the glass to a darker black!
