Fixed a minor bug being caused by creative mode.
- Adds the ability to open your ender-chest within your inventory by right-clicking on it. (Permission: endershortcut.backpack)
- Re-factored configuration and localization loading, missing values will now be auto-set and saved.
- Added configurable sounds upon opening/closing inventories.
Adds the ability to open shulker boxes directly from the enderchest inventory by right clicking on them.
