Ender Butt (added perms for command/added configuration to the enderbutt/etc)

permission for the use of the /enderbutt command
added some configuration settings for enderbutt such as:
  • display-name
  • command-perm
  • use-sound
  • no permission message
and a more efficient way of using colors throughout the plugin.
