Several major bugs with the newly implemented algorithm have been updated and corrected. Performances improvements have also been implemented.

By request, a new config option was added in able to allow server owners to turn off the feature that purges pre-existing disabled enchanted items.

TO INSTALL/UPGRADE VERSIONS you must delete your config and allow the plugin to generate a new one. Then edit the config as desired, restart the server, and you are good to go.

A slight issue with the config.yml has been corrected.
