Updated NBTAPI to non snapshot version.

This version adds 1.19 support.
We will go out of beta once the NBTAPI is out of the snapshot release phase.

Renamed pt_BR to pt-br.

Hey everyone! It's been a while!

Changes:

• Translations have been moved to a languages/code/file folders.
  • For example, English will be languages/en/localization.yml and shop.yml respectively.

This version is only compatible with 1.17.1+, it requires Java 16.
It is recommended to backup your files before moving to this version.

Added a toggle command. Allowing user to toggle the ability to use "right click on enchanting table".

Added option to ignore item type when enchanting. For example: adding protection to an elytra.
To enable this feature in an existing install, add ignore-itemtype: true to your config.yml
