HOW DOES IT WORK?
To use the Enchanter you need to have a pickaxe in the first slot and right click the Enchanter and the enchantment will be applied!
Or new update you can use drag to apply on your pickaxe

For it to work you need to have the UltraPrisonCore (Recommended lasted version) for it to work properly
