ElytraNerf -----
a simple elytra firework boost manager with fluent permission to it.Not anymore a single speed modifier.
tested for 1.17.1 too
YML configuration files:
The permission will look for the speed put after elytranerf.*.*
replace the * by the speed you want to modify to the player or group
(your permission is made for your need. That is just simple exemple)

Nothing to say except some change in the elytra physics making it better when glyding on the Y axis...
