Full description:
- In order to activate your effects, you can activate them through a customizable key (Ex: SHIFT) or with the command "/ power on". The default users [who do not have any permissions / groups related to the groups assigned in the settings) received a default effect, which can be removed without any problem.

- If the user belongs to a group with the permission assigned in the configuration or the player himself has the permission, the effects assigned in the group will be assigned in the configuration. (You should also put a part in which you say all the effects that there are and what the numbers mean for example these "speed, 50,4").
