Introducing the ECFP: The Extensible Chat Formatting Plugin! This plugin is something I wrote for a server earlier this year, but the deal got blown up, so I decided to release it on here, for everyone to use.

NOTE: I do not intent on maintaining this plugin, except when users really enjoy it, and want to see it updated!

Features:

• /broadcast: Sends a message to every online player (Requires the ecfp.broadcast permission!)
  
• /tell, /msg: Sends a message to a certain player
• /reply, /r: Sends a message to the player you've last sent a message to, or that has sent you a message (Replying, as normal people say)
• Hovering: When a user sent a message, you can hover over the message, or name, to see information about that Player. You can click on the hover to let /tell <Playername> autofill in your commands, requiring you to just type the message, and let go!

This plugin is quite simple to use, just drop the JAR into your Plugins folder, along with the PlaceholderAPI, and you're ready to go! When you start the server, a message saying the plugins has successfully started will pop up. It looks a little bit like this:
