Made EasyMarriage compatible with Minecraft versions1.20.x

Bugfixes:
- Fixed the tab-complete bug

Modifications:
- Made it so you shift right-click to kiss your partner.
- Made it so you shift left-click for your partner to ride on top of you.
- Made it so you shift right-click to take your partner off your head if they are on your head.
- You specify which player in your compliment command due to polygamy being added.

Polygamy:
- Added a config.yml to toggle polygamy on or off
- Polygamy is now added. This still hasn't been tested entirely so please report any bugs in the Discord channel you may find!

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed it so you can't marry, divorce, or hug people who aren't online.

New Features:
- Made the Time Married Timezone to UTC instead of GMT.
- As a priest, you can request two players to marry or divorce.
- As an admin, you can now force marriages or force divorces.
- You can now use the ride feature with the elytra.

- You can now marry a player as soon as they join.
- Fixed null issues with displaying the marital information with /ezm list command.

- Added a 30-second cooldown for complimenting your partner.
- Fixed an issue with requests and polygamy. I highly recommended to re-download this version.

- Fixed bugs with the toggle PvP Command and marriage list command
- Replaced some of the messaging with action bar messages instead
