TO UPDATE:
Save a backup of your config file. Stop the server, update the plugin and delete the configuration file. Start the server, open the new configuration file, and set back your values. Sorry for this slow update procedure.

Quick Overview:
The Plugin allows for "Unsafe" enchants, or, enchants that are higher than the maximum allowed by Minecraft (using an anvil). In the config, you can set the maximum amount for each enchant, so someone (for example) cannot make a fortune 100 pickaxe and destroy your server in one click.

Setup:
Simply put the plugin inside the folder /plugins and restart your server. Since the plugin doesn't support /reload, don't do that, it doesn't break anything, but it doesn't do anything.
The config is really straightforward and should take a maximum of 2 minutes to set up. It's divided into sections, so you can understand it better.
